Is your heart an overworked garden today?
Not a “perfect health” checklist — just one soft step for your heart‐garden.
Hi, I’m Lily. An artist who looks inward and today I’m showing you a heart‑garden.
🌸 Picture of the Day: An Organ Speaks
Image: A heart that waters too many flowers, and the water runs out.
There is a heart that tries to save everyone: it says yes to one more deadline, one more conversation, one more sleepless night, because “I can hold on a bit longer.” It lives on coffee instead of rest and starts beating faster not because you are “bad” or “weak,” but because it has simply had too much. This heart is not selfish and not wrong — it is overloaded, like a gardener who waters every flowerbed except her own. And when it starts knocking louder, it is not a verdict, but a request: “Please give me at least one small sip of care today.”

Today your heart is offering three gentle rituals:
1 — put your phone away 30 minutes before sleep;
2 — swap one coffee for a glass of water;
3 — say no to one “good deed” that actually drains you.
Write in the comments 1, 2, or 3 — which ritual are you choosing for yourself today?
